I must be absolutely, out-of-my-head, marbles-free, insane.
I’ve decided to participate in an event I just heard of called NaNoWriMo.
That’s short for “National Novel Writing Month,” and the goal of the event is to write a 50,000 word book in the month of November.
I’ve always wanted to write a novel, but was never quite sure how to begin. I’m at no loss for ideas — my crazy friends and family have guaranteed that — but how to begin? How to begin?
I found the answer yesterday: just do it. I wrote the first chapter of my feeble, little novel yesterday. I’ll be posting updates and new chapters as they become available.
Feedback is welcome, but please be gentle. It’s my first time.
